00:00:00 Darius: Welcome to Out the Trump with Jordan and Darius. My name is Darius. That's D's All Love in the area on all socials.
00:00:06 Jordan: And I'm Jordan. That's Jordy. We're writing on all socials.
00:00:10 Darius: And this is our segment where we kind of let you guys know what's on our mind, what we've seen on the internet lately, and our musings. So let me just say, I am not a man that lacks for confidence, but I must say I admire your confidence because in a public post on your Halloween post, you put yourself in the same reel as Michael B. Jordan. And I gotta say, that is a bold move. I want the people, you know, it's at by now. We will put it in the notes. He ate a post. Lovely Halloween, lovely, a great Halloween costume. But it was the sinner's character and he did a side by side with Michael Jordan and Michael B. Jordan. And one of the 10 most handsome dudes on planet Earth. That's bold, risky move. I don't know.
00:01:02 Jordan: That's a bold stretch of people to see how it works out for.
00:01:04 Darius: Tell the people what was going through your mind when you decided to do that.
00:01:07 Jordan: Yes, I actually, there's actually a move to that madness, I promise. One, I just love that movie. I've won 10 times since this year. Love the character. That was like the second I saw it, I was like, I think I was like, I think that's gonna be my Halloween costume. That came out back in like when March, April.
00:01:24 Darius: Something like that.
00:01:25 Jordan: Yeah, and then. I saw that Michael B. Jordan had posted like on his story, like, hey, I know you're all going to be going to Center's characters for Halloween. So tag me in the movie so we can share it to our story for y'all, you know. So that's why I did the side by side with the tagging. So it was like, you know, some free pub, figured they'd maybe see the pod page or whatever and kind of just a little bit of soft selling there. I was not in any way, shape or form comparing myself to Michael B. Jordan.
00:01:51 Darius: So it was a benevolent purpose. You were doing it for.
00:01:53 Jordan: Yes, it was, yes. It was a benevolent purpose. I didn't actually think I I don't actually think we look alike. I was not setting myself to be roasted in that way. That being said, I'm not, looks, I don't think that's like a problem for me. I will say that humbly. But no, I was not trying to compare myself to him. I thought it was a dope costume and I figured we could go viral and get some views off that.
00:02:17 Darius: Perfect, perfect. Okay, that makes sense. I don't all the way believe you, but you know what? I do not roast in private, what I would not say to you.
00:02:28 Jordan: For sure, for sure. Also, it's Halloween. The whole point is to dress up like other people. It'd be one thing if I went out there with the Creed trunks and was just like, hey, y'all. It was a great costume.
00:02:41 Darius: If there was a contest, you would have been in the top five or something like that. I don't know.
00:02:44 Jordan: Yeah, I feel like it was a good costume. What's one thing I also realized is like, as big as the movie was, you'd be surprised by people that were around that just we knew that didn't see it. Like I was like, people were like, what are you? And I'd explain, they'd be like, oh, I didn't see it. And I'm like, how did you not see the biggest movie of the year? That's crazy.
00:03:02 Darius: But I don't have coworkers who haven't been to the movie since like 2019.
00:03:07 Jordan: Oh, wow.
00:03:08 Darius: People just don't, I mean.
00:03:10 Jordan: Yeah, it's kind of more of a niche activity now, I guess. It's like in certain respects.
00:03:15 Darius: I say, I mean, we have a movie podcast, so obviously we're inclined to go to the movies, but It is not like dollar for dollar a good use of your entertainment, like for your entertainment. It's just.
00:03:27 Jordan: Okay.
00:03:29 Darius: Just objectively speaking. Right, Yeah, What was it? I think, okay, so I think the last movie I went to see was that god awful Marlon Wayne's movie.
00:03:42 Jordan: Oh, him.
00:03:44 Darius: Yeah, him. Yeah, it was awful. But I go because I enjoyed the experience of going to the movie.
00:03:49 Jordan: Me too.
00:03:51 Darius: If you're just looking for like value per dollar, if I'm going to spend on entertainment, it's just not there. I think the last time I took a woman to the movies, it was Superman and two tickets, two IMAX tickets, I'm going to be fair to them, two IMAX tickets, a tub of popcorn and two sodas was like $80. Yeah. And it's just like, Like 80 bucks like that. I understand why some people are like, dude, I'd rather just go bowling or go to a restaurant.
00:04:27 Jordan: Bowling's got exclusive too.
00:04:28 Darius: Yeah, I mean, well, that's the other thing too. There are no cheap dates anymore. I feel bad for like teenagers or like young men trying to get established because it costs 100 bucks to take a chick to Applebee's.
00:04:40 Jordan: Now.
00:04:41 Darius: You can't. There's no such thing as a little.
00:04:44 Jordan: You're not going out with a girl for less than 50 bucks ever again.
00:04:48 Darius: Like 50 ****. You can't even have a date under. I remember when the Twitter joke was the $200 date was the splurging. And I can't remember the last time I went out on a date and it was, I got out for under 200 bucks. I honestly couldn't even tell you. It's been years.
00:05:04 Jordan: Yeah, especially if you spent like a long time together. Like if it was, if it was more than two hours, you were spending at least 200.
00:05:11 Darius: I mean, Go to a standard restaurant, let's just say conservatively, you split an app, that's 20. You each get an entree, that's 25, 25, 50, 70 bucks. You each get a cocktail each, let's call the cocktails, 15 bucks. Yeah, we're at $100 before a tip and right before a tip. You haven't done a post-dinner activity. You haven't had a couple of shots. That's one drink each. You haven't gone. Nothing like so you cannot get out of a day-to-day.
00:05:39 Jordan: Pace play. You know, no, that's true.
00:05:42 Darius: Which is fine. But I just I. just don't know how like I'm 37. I don't know what 27 or 27 I'm fine, but I don't know what like 24 or 25 year old me. would have done. Can you roast the chicken? Did you see the guy with the roasted chicken tweet?
00:06:03 Jordan: Yeah, roast the chicken and save the **** in the house. He was like, don't be greedy and you can eat all week.
00:06:08 Darius: So all jokes aside, EBT being shut off is terrible. But some ********.
00:06:14 Jordan: He wasn't wrong also.
00:06:15 Darius: What'd you say?
00:06:16 Jordan: I don't think he was that wrong either. When he said like just. buy a chicken and just stay in.
00:06:23 Darius: Well, so here's where he went wrong. And so he was, he's a blue check. He's trying to go viral, trolling.
00:06:29 Jordan: Yeah.
00:06:29 Darius: But he's like a family, you could feed a family for three days on one roasted chicken. Day one, he was like, we cut it up. Day 2, he was like, you can make chicken salad, fine. He was like, day three, you could take the carcass and make chicken stock and serve it over rice. And I was like, you have them kids eating bone soup?
00:06:46 Jordan: Right, bones and rice. That's like some World War II *** food.
00:06:51 Darius: What are we, medieval peasants? This is a very rich country, the richest country in the history of the world. And I feel like we have a Game of Thrones *** meal right there. We've more or less solved the issue of feeding the population and we should not be, no one should be eating bone soup. But anyways, I don't know how they got there off of your Halloween costume. It was a great costume, but I just had to say that the side by side with Michael B. Jordan was a bold move. I mean, I've been.
00:07:25 Jordan: Known to be a bit delulu as the kids say, but I'm not that crazy. What was funny was that I posted on my TikTok and a girl I know, she commented and was like, oh, I thought you were the ****** boyfriend from Waiting to Exhale. And so I replied, the one who was throwing the oranges at her, or she was throwing the oranges at whatever. And so I reply with, you raggedy bit and then a dash. I know her. It's cool. I was just joking. We were like friends.
00:08:00 Darius: What was it? You walked into the spot Friday night and Jay taps. So you're like, what the hell he got on? I don't know, man. He's a costume.
00:08:08 Jordan: Yeah, I could see it in his face. He was looking at me and he was just like, You can see like all the thoughts registering, like, what is he wearing? And I was covered in thick blood and I think he was like, what happened to you? Like.
00:08:19 Darius: Yeah, so he does not celebrate Halloween, but I mean, it's easy to lose. If you, know, if you don't celebrate it, it's not like it's on the calendar. It's not a federal.
00:08:26 Jordan: Right.
00:08:27 Darius: And so it's easy to lose track of it not happening. And you just like walked in with like leather slacks. They weren't, I don't know what kind of slacks. They were slacks.
00:08:36 Jordan: I just had dress pants on.
00:08:37 Darius: In a sleeveless vest that he was like, what the **** he got? What the hell he got.
00:08:43 Jordan: Yeah, Smurf was like, are you Fifty Shades of Grey? Like, I don't, what are you? I was like, I didn't even seen that. I hadn't even seen that movie. So I was like, I don't know what that represented.
00:08:54 Darius: Freaky Deaky. Right. So what did Deon Cole and Jay-Z, what happened with them two while I tried to fix this terrible lighting?
00:09:03 Jordan: So there's, like a million stories of like Jay-Z being like a sarcastic *******. I mean, in a good way, from people to people. And so there's a story where he's at a party in LA, like in the 90s. And Jay was like, big. So it's like after, right after Reasonable Doubt. And he was outside with his boy and he was like, oh **** that's Jay. Like he pulled up in like, wait, like 6 SUVs and **** you know. He was like, what's up, man? How y'all doing? Y'all good? And they were like, yeah, man, we good. And he was like, what's the party like? He's like, it's jumping in there's a bunch of girls in there that's in the third.
00:09:30 Darius: Yes, right.
00:09:30 Jordan: A Def J party. That's what it was. Yeah. So a label party. And they are cool. So they go into the party, they see one of their homegirls and they're like, yo, we just talked about with Jay. He's really nice. And he's like, I gave him my camera. It was like the old camera, like the yellow **** where you got to do this, you know?
00:09:49 Darius: The one where you actually had to go to the store to get them developed.
00:09:53 Jordan: Correct. Yeah. And He was like, yo, we're gonna dance and we're gonna chop it up with Jay and ask to get a picture with him. So can you get a picture of us? And she's like, yeah, sure. So we're dancing, we're talking to Jay. And we're like, hey, man, can we get a picture with y'all? And he's like, what? He goes, yeah, man, can you just get the pictures? He's like, Brett, all these women are here and you want to talk to me? You want to get a picture of me, bro? What the **** is wrong with you? And everybody was like, and they were like, we're so embarrassed. We just left the party.
00:10:20 Darius: Yeah. So Hope has a song on a blueprint too called Too Many Hoes. And I just, when I saw the clip, I just remember thinking about that song and I just gonna make a comment, but I always check the quotes to make sure I'm not saying something to someone, you know, especially. And everyone was just like quoting the song. Like Hove Bar for everything. It really must have been a Hove's heart because he was like, why you open? Because the song is basically, literally it's like 3 1/2 minutes of him complaining about walking up to him with a party full of women trying to like take pictures. He's like, if you a fan, I consider you fam, but shake a hand, **** *******.
00:11:01 Jordan: Which is actually really nice considering. he was like, I will shake your hand, but don't be grouping out when those girls here. He's actually helping the dudes more than he is helping himself as well.
00:11:11 Darius: Man, back when I used to go to the clubs in Minnesota, you know, Vikings athlete T-Wolves players would pull up occasionally. And man, the dudes were always way more fanned out than the women. Way more like, dude. I just, as someone who doesn't, there's like a handful of people I would fan out over, Jay-Z being one of them. It's just like, man, would literally knock the women out the way to get to the athlete.
00:11:41 Jordan: Get to Jay.
00:11:43 Darius: Get to the athletes. Then it's like, I believe it. I could understand how that would be. Like, damn, the women were around me and now you'd have moved him out the way to rap in my ear with your terrible mixtape.
00:11:55 Jordan: Yeah. And they're like, I love you, man. Yeah.
00:11:58 Darius: It's just like, they be fan. I've seen it. I've know these dudes do be fanned out like that. So to the audience, man, it's cool. Like, you know, everybody has, you know, artists and athletes or whatever that you, know, enjoy their content, their music, whatever. But just, you know, head nod, fist pound, be normal. Like, you know, don't be fanned out. That's weird. Let's leave that for the women.
00:12:24 Jordan: I feel you okay so give me like you said obviously Jay are there any other celebrities that you would like really fan out for like without shame not maybe not go crazy but like oh ****.
00:12:34 Darius: Like can I get a picture autograph whatever that sort of thing Hove Jordan.
00:12:42 Jordan: Yeah I'll give you my autograph one day yeah.
00:12:50 Darius: That's really it I don't really That's probably it, just Hove and Jordan. How about you?
00:13:00 Jordan: Yeah, probably Hove. I mean, obviously, I'm a behind you fan, so him for sure. Obviously, Mike and Bron. Honestly, man, I'm a big Will Smith fan and I'm a big Christian Bale fan. So for those two dudes, I probably would probably fan out. And maybe like, Maybe like Viola Davis, probably.
00:13:27 Darius: Yeah. Will Smith, I heard it's pretty cool.
00:13:31 Jordan: Yeah, I hear he's really nice. I hear he's as nice as he actually seems, you know?
00:13:36 Darius: Yeah, you know, I use him in contrast and we talk about the Anthony Mackie, that whiny *** ************.
00:13:43 Jordan: Yeah.
00:13:46 Darius: Will Smith, they made a good movie in like 5, 10 years and we keep showing up to him. Why? Because he's a great guy and we **** with him. It's the last good Will Smith movie.
00:13:56 Jordan: Let me think. I'm trying to think. I like King Richard. I thought that was a good movie. Obviously the slab kind of overshadowed it. You know.
00:14:05 Darius: Okay. All right.
00:14:06 Jordan: Well, I'll say, you know what? I'll say his performance was excellent. The movie may not have been that great, but he was phenomenal as Richard Williams.
00:14:13 Darius: I just not interested in a Serena Venus movie isn't about Serena. I understand he's integral to their lives. It was their movie so they can make it, but I just don't like I you're the star. I'm not right?
00:14:28 Jordan: That's a valid criticism. Last Good Will Smith movie. Last Good Will Smith movie.
00:14:34 Darius: Remember when he was the CTE doctor with the terrible African accent?
00:14:37 Jordan: Yeah, that one was bad. That one was bad. He's been on a bit of a cold streak. I'm trying to think, what else is he? Hold on, because he's had some good moves at least last 15 years. I know he has. Hold on. Let's see here. Hold on. I know he's, I'm excited for the sequel to I Am Legend. He's doing with Michael B. Jordan. I think that's going to be fire. I'm looking forward to that.
00:15:02 Darius: Why is that sequel to a movie where he died at the end?
00:15:05 Jordan: Well, they're going with the alternate ending that they've used for the DVD where he survived or where he lived.
00:15:11 Darius: I think as a culture, we are just out of ideas.
00:15:14 Jordan: That is also fair.
00:15:16 Darius: Did you see they're doing a Rocky biopic, but it's going to be, but about Sylvester Stallone playing Rocky.
00:15:24 Jordan: Yeah.
00:15:26 Darius: Who is there 10 people who want to see that movie?
00:15:30 Jordan: I mean, I feel like we all know the story.
00:15:32 Darius: Who wants to see a movie about an actor preparing to star in a movie?
00:15:36 Jordan: I don't. Not for that movie. Also, he wasn't even in great shape in Rocky. So I really, I'm really not that interested in the process. I don't keep it a stack.
00:15:46 Darius: So we got Bad Boys Ride or Die was whack. Emancipation. I did not see that. So I can't speak on that.
00:15:51 Jordan: I didn't see that.
00:15:52 Darius: Was whack. Bad boys for life was whack. Spies and decisions. Actually acting in this is just okay. So actors here.
00:15:58 Jordan: Oh, that was an animated movie. Yeah, that was like, yeah.
00:16:01 Darius: Gemini man was whack. Yeah.
00:16:03 Jordan: Okay.
00:16:04 Darius: Aladdin was good. Aladdin.
00:16:07 Jordan: I don't know what that is. The Aladdin remake was good. I liked it. I liked it. I have no shame of my game. Whatever. You know what? Okay. Let's see. Go back. Focus. I liked Focus. I thought Focus was a really good movie.
00:16:19 Darius: That's 10 years.
00:16:21 Jordan: Okay, what, you're right, 10 years. Okay. Yeah, he's on a little bit of a cold streak. I'm going to blame that on August the senior or somebody. We're not doing this, Uncle Will.
00:16:31 Darius: We haven't had an actual, no doubt hit since 2015. Barack Obama was the president in 2015.
00:16:39 Jordan: Yeah, you know what? You're right. You're right.
00:16:42 Darius: Three presidential elections to go.
00:16:45 Jordan: That's true.
00:16:47 Darius: The point being is that if you are kind and gracious to black people, they will support you to the end of the earth. That is a fact.
00:16:53 Jordan: That's a fact. All right, because white people try to, because white people try to cancel him. We were like, yeah, but Chris Rock said the N word with his, let his white friend say the N word, so he deserved to get smacked. So we're not canceling Will Smith.
00:17:05 Darius: He did something objectively crazy. He like physically assaulted a man on live television. And we were like, well, you know.
00:17:14 Jordan: It wasn't one of the, it wasn't, he didn't let Denzel, like, Yeah, fair.
00:17:22 Darius: So real quick, I saw a tweet last week and I immediately put it on the scroll. It was like, I'll just read the tweet. This lady's husband, her high school sweetheart, got in a car accident and sustained a TBI, traumatic brain injury. he remembers her and can talk she divorced and remarried but still uses him for views on social media and.
00:17:42 Jordan: Wait hold up what?
00:17:44 Darius: Long story short he had a TBI he can still talk and speak but he's like basically he's under 24 7 care basically he's in a home and she divorced and got remarried and still okay still takes care of him but has moved on with her life. Right. Now, what? All right, toss it to you. Thoughts.
00:18:12 Jordan: When you say he uses him for like, so she just like posting his content of him every day. Is that what you're saying?
00:18:18 Darius: That's the part I object to.
00:18:20 Jordan: Yeah.
00:18:21 Darius: She basically uses him for content.
00:18:23 Jordan: Yeah, no, that's ********. I don't know who this lady is, but **** her.
00:18:26 Darius: Bubba can be taking selfies and he's like drooling and it's like.
00:18:29 Jordan: Also, listen, I don't know. I went at the wedding, but if they did the traditional vows in sickness and in health, that's kind of important. And for you to just leave a like on some **** that he wasn't in control of, I feel like that's ****** **. You signed up for that when you when you made those vows.
00:18:47 Darius: Fair. Here's what I will posit. I cannot defend the social media stuff. Let's I'm trying to. That's reprehensible. Let's assume this is a person behaving in good faith and not a person clearly trying to monetize the situation. All right. Okay. To me, for all intents and purposes, she was widowed on that accident. Okay. The man she knew died.
00:19:10 Jordan: Fair.
00:19:11 Darius: And so.
00:19:12 Jordan: I get that.
00:19:14 Darius: I don't know their exact, they're not 40 years old. They're like early to mid 30s people.
00:19:20 Jordan: Yeah.
00:19:22 Darius: She is still taking care of him. I'm sure someone's paying for that home and it ain't, it ain't free. And she's visiting him, making sure he's straight. But is she just supposed to never find, like if this is her life, like she's going to spend the next 40 years wiping *** and never having sex again. I don't understand. I would want my wife to move on.
00:19:49 Jordan: Yeah, I get that. I would. That's fine. Like, if you okay, my thing is okay. If you're going to move on, do that and stay over there. Like, don't use me for your views and likes and clicks.
00:19:59 Darius: Well, we've already established that. That's beyond.
00:20:00 Jordan: I know. I just. It's just important to say.
00:20:04 Darius: She's still this is still clearly the this is her first husband. He's still here physically.
00:20:10 Jordan: Yeah.
00:20:11 Darius: And so she feels some sort of physical obligation to his physical being. But he died that day. The man she knew.
00:20:17 Jordan: Yeah. So you asked me if I would move on if that happened to my partner?
00:20:24 Darius: Here's what I'll say. I could understand that the black and white view of vows or vows. I just can also understand how that's a very complicated situation and I can view it from a nuanced perspective and understand why she would try to straddle the fence. Yeah. It's just tough. It's, I don't have a perfect bow to put on it. I just, I just wanted your thoughts on it because I thought I was just, I was just like.
00:21:00 Jordan: I would love to, I'd almost want to talk to them, talk to the guy and be like, I don't know how coherent he is, whatever, but I'd almost wonder like, okay, like, How do you even feel just seeing her every day, knowing that that's like no longer your wife? Like, is that painful for you? I mean, I'm sure it's painful, but like, you know what I mean? Is it something that's like a pain where you can manage it or are you just like, is that your normal now and you just have to like suck it up? You know what I mean?
00:21:23 Darius: Yeah, I mean, I guess. What is a reasonable expectation for her to literally just never move on?
00:21:38 Jordan: I think it's not unreasonable to expect her to move on. It's not. It's just.
00:21:45 Darius: So would you rather she just abandoned him?
00:21:48 Jordan: Well, again, I don't know the situation. I don't know if he has family and friends who can, who are also assisting.
00:21:52 Darius: I'm sorry she does, but she still loves what's left of her.
00:21:56 Jordan: Yeah, for sure. But I mean, I don't know. I think I would rather just, I know, I don't, I wouldn't want to see them again. I wouldn't want to see her again.
00:22:04 Darius: I'm just not that emotional. I totally would be fine. But even if I was, even if I was of sound mind and just could not, let's just say I'm A quadriplegic and of sound mind though. Like I just go live your life. And yeah, you could pop by and say, hi, we loved each other at one point. It's like, you're going to like, so basically I'm confining her to a wheelchair too. Right.
00:22:30 Jordan: So if I'm him, I would, I would free, I would free her. Yeah. I would be like, okay, live your life, whatever. But I also would probably rather, I'd also rather just not see her again. I just, I don't really see the, I just don't see the point, honestly. I don't know that's like overly logical or not, but I just, at a certain point, it's just like, what are we doing here? Why would I put myself through that? Why would I put you through that? You probably feel bad for like seeing like this and you're then you're going to go into your husband. I don't know.
00:23:02 Darius: I mean, I don't know. For no other reason, it gives you something new to do during the day, staring at the same ******* 4 padded walls. That's why I'm team 4 plug, man.
00:23:12 Jordan: Like, yeah, well, I was going to say, I was going to say, honestly, I think I'd rather, I just clocked out earlier. I'm going to keep the stack with you. I'm not even going to lie to you.
00:23:20 Darius: I understand why for legal and religious reasons why we lean towards preserving life at any and all costs, but we don't do an honest cost-benefit analysis half the time. There's no reason to keep this man alive. There's just, it's expensive, it's labor intensive, his quality of life is 0. What do we do?
00:23:46 Jordan: Yeah. I mean, you're not incorrect.
00:23:49 Darius: It's just like, obviously this will never happen because, but beyond the legal issues, there's the religious issues. And you open up that can of worms that's in Canada where they have, some places in Canada have physician assisted suicide. And it quickly went from like people who were like terminally ill with like 6 months left to just like people with like regular depression. And it's like, oh, wow. That's why you don't open the Pandora's box because people will eventually push the limits of what's acceptable. So like I'm not team pull the plug, but if anyone sat down and did an honest cost-benefit analysis here, they'd be like, pull the plug. Like his quality of life is non-existent. He's drooling on himself and we have to pay someone 50 bucks an hour, 24 hours a day to make sure he doesn't choke on his tongue. Right.
00:24:35 Jordan: Yeah, I think I'd rather. I don't know that I'd want to. I don't know that I would want to be. to remain here in this situation. I mean, I can't say I've been in there, obviously. I hope I'm never not, but I hope I am never in that situation. But I, I don't know that that's a life that I would want to live and I don't know that I would want want to put that on my loved ones as well.
00:24:59 Darius: Pull the plug, man. We want to talk about people's types on TikTok. My type is not winded at all abandoned me if I'm wheelchair bound.
00:25:11 Jordan: Yeah, I saw this guy on TikTok. He was talking about, he was like, if I'm not your type and you're just like, the phrase he used was kind of like, you're just kind of giving me a chance in terms of like taking a chance on someone outside of what you would usually go for. He basically was like, do not ever, please don't ever do that with me. I would rather just you date me because I'm your type rather than feeling like an experiment. And it reminded me of something that we talked about before where we talked about like the initial courting and dating process and how If they're not ultra interested in you right away, every time after that feels like an audition. So it used to really remind me of that conversation we'd had before, which I thought was interesting because I know people always talk about like, oh, you got to, I'm trying to break my type and change my patterns and behaviors and all that and stuff. And it feels like a lot of times you just end up using people as like a sacrificial lamb for the sake of your like development in a way. I just want to get your thoughts on that.
00:26:06 Darius: Well, Two different conversations there.
00:26:10 Jordan: Fair.
00:26:10 Darius: I don't believe you can convince someone to like you. I don't. I think that is a.
00:26:13 Jordan: No, for sure.
00:26:15 Darius: That's a that's a thing.
00:26:17 Jordan: Yeah.
00:26:18 Darius: Or should you even want to? Because, you know, as we said before, it never stops feeling like an audition. But I also am not a person that believes in like rigid types. I think people's types are fluid. People's types change as they age. I don't select for the things that for in women at 37 that I did at 27, that I did at 23. And so I don't believe you can list four or five things and that's your type and then go out in the world and basically find that for that. That's part of the reason why I don't I don't believe dating apps work because You can't remove the people from people. And when you go through a set of attributes and you're just swiping left and right based on who fits, you know, your checklist, you're missing all the magic that happens in between. Right. There's a reason why, you know, couples that last a long time, you ask them how they met, and it's always, oh, you know, we just, I was at a small party and Topical. I was at a party and we just happened to talk and then the next week they were at a BBQ and they'll say something like that wasn't my type at first, but you don't, you just spent a lot of time around them and proximity made you, Being around a person and talking to a person without the pressure of being on a date is how you get to know if you actually like a person. And so that's why proximity, people date at work, people date, you go to the same bar over and over and over again, and you're just like, I actually like talking to her. I actually like talking to him.
00:28:10 Jordan: You talking to him?
00:28:10 Darius: How about we go to somewhere that's, and then, or you go to a Super Bowl party and then, the Super Bowl party breaks, like, what are y'all doing for Cinco de Mayo? And then you pull up for Cinco de Mayo and she's there again. And it's like, there was never this formal date, but you just looked up and you realized you got along with this person. And then y'all start talking without the friend around that tied it together. And then you, hard launch as the kids say.
00:28:34 Jordan: Correct.
00:28:35 Darius: So I don't, I couldn't even tell you what my type is because it's just, I don't believe in that stuff. I just, you know, so to answer your question, It's two parter. I don't believe that you can convince someone to like you, but also I don't believe that you just because you're not someone's type doesn't mean you can't create a spark for lack of a better way of saying that. So, yeah, that's what I got to say about that. You got anything else?
00:29:15 Jordan: Yes. I also made me think of something. It's just like a funny **** thing I've seen on like social media. Like guys say a lot. It's like, you ever heard that phrase where guys are like, if she ever tells you, you're the first guy to treat her right, run.
00:29:31 Darius: A lot of people, Howard this, as someone who lives a relatively mundane lifestyle, like I don't, you know, I go to work every day. I go to the gym. I watch sports Friday or Saturday. I pop out to a bar, but it's not like a club or anything like that. Like I, right. I'm boring. My lifestyle is quite boring. A lot of women are addicted to chaos and you can be. Yeah, Like, cause I'm not going to be, I don't yell. I can't even remember the last time I actually yelled at somebody. I'm not going to be doing all that arguing.
00:30:09 Jordan: No facts.
00:30:11 Darius: And for some people, That's part of an exciting relationship. And I'm just not your guy for that. Cause I'm, you know, you're going to ask me what I'm doing on a Tuesday and I'm going to say I record at 8 and then after that I'm going to put on NBA on NBC. I'm going to go to bed at 1130. I'm going to get up at 6 o'clock, go to work. Like I don't have, I'm not, I don't have anything, you know, I'm a, my life is, I got a notice on my, cause I worked out yesterday and I was logging my, workout and my app said, congratulations, you've hit six months of consistency, which means I've hit my scheduled workouts every day for six months. Like that's like, it's just, you can, right now, Tuesday at 845, you can pretty much guess where I'm gonna be Friday at 9 o'clock. Like it's just that, you know, you can guess where I'm gonna be Thursday at 8 o'clock. I'm not. Right. I'm not, there's not a lot of spontaneity here. Like, so if you like routine and reliability, I can do that for you. If you like chaos and dysfunction, not gonna be there. Yeah, I can't do that, you know? So I will say that I find that a lot of, because I date women, I'm saying women, I'm not gendering it. I don't date men, so I can't speak for that. A lot of women, actually do enjoy chaos and dysfunction. No, yes, that is true. That's fact. So that is my experience.
00:31:37 Jordan: And they don't even know it. And they don't even know it half the time.
00:31:40 Darius: So, you know, how about you? like chaos and dysfunction.
00:31:46 Jordan: I don't I honestly do
